Myofunctional Therapy is a specialized form of oral therapy that focuses on retraining and strengthening the muscles of the mouth, tongue, and face - to address dysfunction with breathing, speaking, chewing, and swallowing.  Myofunctional therapy services are also an integral therapeutic support service for patients that require a tongue tie release procedure.

Functional Oral Therapist on a Mission Fueled by Passion, Connection and Healing

My journey into Myofunctional Therapy is a personal one. As a functional dental hygienist and mother, I discovered first hand how undiagnosed tethered oral tissues—like tongue ties and lip ties—can lead to serious health challenges. After navigating a traumatic experience with my own daughter, I became committed to helping other families avoid the same path. The tongue and mouth can impact more than we know! At my Mill Creek myofunctional therapy practice, I combine professional expertise with personal experience to offer compassionate, comprehensive care.
